Cory Stauble

A native Louisvillian, Cory attended St. Agnes Grade School and graduated from South Oldham High School before heading to Tampa, FL where she obtained a Business Marketing Degree from The University of Tampa. Her time away from Louisville helped her truly appreciate her hometown and all it has to offer. From fabulous restaurants and a great arts scene, to hardcore college sports fans and the greatest two minutes in sports, her love for everything 'Louisville' grew exponentially during her 4-years away. With 10+ years in property management, she worked closely with both owners and tenants in day-to-day management and leasing of properties throughout the Greater Louisville area. This time developed her knowledge of the various communities around the city and honed skills that are valuable today in her sales career. Cory obtained her real estate license in order to focus more on the parts of her previous profession she enjoyed most, like helping people find their perfect new home!She is here to help buyers and sellers successfully navigate their real estate goals, effectively advertise and promote properties to move them as quickly as possible and for top dollar, recognize great investment opportunities and provide expert guidance and market knowledge to her clients throughout their transactions.

Cory currently resides in Goshen with her Husband, Brandon, and their son, Mac. When not working in real estate, you can typically find Cory cheering on the Cards, at the racetrack with her husband and family or visiting any of the great eateries around the city. Cory currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Backside Learning Center.
